Graham Park has been steadily made over in recent times, with new play equipment and barbecue areas installed, as well as shade sails.
Now, the amenities block will have its turn, with work set to get underway from Monday until June 30.
The upgrade will involve the demolition of the existing toilet block and the construction of a new one.
The new toilet block will contain disabled access.
Due to the existing sewer and water infrastructure network, the new building will need to be built in the same location as the current building.
This means no toilet facilities will be available during the construction period, but the park equipment can still be used.

Residents should also adhere to COVID-19 social distancing measures while using the park.
