The pair run the Leeton Trophy and Gift Centre and it's their love of their job that has them coming back for more each and every day.
During their time in business, Kath and Chez have seen many changes, including moving locations and diversifying their products, but one thing has always remained the same - the joy of helping their customers choose the right gift, item for their home or helping teams and individuals celebrate their achievements with trophies and awards.
The recent coronavirus pandemic has meant the trophy side of the business has been significantly impacted due to sports competitions either being called off or the future unknown.
However, the gifts, homewares and clothes have proven popular, which has kept the pair busy and open throughout the pandemic.

Their large shop space in Pine Avenue is filled with many beautiful items.
It is easy to walk in and see that every product chosen for sale has been hand-picked by the pair.
There's a warm feeling when entering this store as the service is always second-to-none.
"Our customers are just fantastic ... we wouldn't be here without them and their support over the years," Kath said.
Leeton Trophy and Gift Centre has certainly got you covered - there's presents for a variety of ages and occasions, but there's also plenty of opportunity to pick up a treat for yourself as well.
With a range of everything from prints, mirrors, candles, jewellery and bags to scarves, clothing, big and small homeware items and everything in between, you'll be hard-pressed to walk out empty-handed.
There's also every chance if the store doesn't have what you're after, the ladies will try to get it in for you.
Another service offered by the pair is to have them come to your home and help with your interior design.
This is a free service and there's no obligation to buy their products.
"Many people will use items from our shop, but we also go in and just assist them with what they already have," Chez said.
"Then the next time they need to buy a gift or something from the house, all we ask is they come see us first."
Both Kath and Chez agreed shopping locally was so important in today's day and age, with the pandemic only highlighting why spending money in town was so important in keeping the economy here ticking over.
The pair said their favourite part of the business was seeing the happy smiles on the faces of their customers, but also the fun in always keeping their shop up-to-date with all of the latest products and trends.
