The winery's 2002 Noble Blend was recently awarded the top of the pool at the 2020 Winewise Championships in Canberra.
Bringing home this latest championship gold medal has meant it is the 28th trophy the 18-year-old wine has won.
The recent accolade is not an easy one to come across either, according to Lillypilly's owner and winemaker Robert Fiumara.
"What happens with the Winewise is it's a competition that is open only to wines that have won a gold medal in the last year," he said.

"We won three gold medals for three of our wines in the last year so we were eligible to enter all three.
"So the judges taste the wines and then announce a winner.
"It's basically a 'best of the best' competition, so we were really excited to come away with the championship award."
The 2002 Noble Blend has won 30 gold medals in its time and the list just continues to grow.
These trophies and awards have been won not just here in Australia, but also in international competitions in places such as Germany and Singapore.
There is only limited stock remaining of the 2002 variety, but the years that follow have also won awards and captured attention at notable competitions.
"This was the second time we've one this award, but it was with the 2011 Noble Blend that time," Mr Fiumara said.
"The best thing about this time was it that it was our 18-year-old wine.
"So it was up against a lot of new wines as there was no restrictions on age.
"For this one to come out on top, we're really amazed to think our wine has aged this well and is still winning these big awards. It has aged really well."
The 2002 Noble Blend is described as having a "rich gold colour. Honey, apricot and orange blossoms aromas. Intense and luscious yet perfectly balanced".
Given the wine is 18-years-old, supplies are limited, but those wanting to snap a bottle can do so from Lillypilly's online store.
"We're just really pleased to be able to compete at competitions like this and do so well," Mr Fiumara said.
