Council will be relying on accessing funding from other levels of government in order for some projects to go ahead, but it has said a feasibility study for a heated pool is included in its plans, as well as an expansion of the Leeton Early Learning Centre.

Another big item on tomorrow night's agenda is the adoption of the Roxy Theatre redevelopment project plans.
This design has been available for the public to comment on for the last 28 days and will now be before council for the final tick of approval so work can finally get underway.
Council will also be casting an eye over the draft "new residents kit", which has been put together after it was identified as a project to be completed in the 2019-20 budget.
The draft document is divided into three main sections:
- Welcome, shire overview and introduction to council.
- Services, facilities and places.
- Your property (council services).
Council said it saw a need for such a kit to be developed to assist new residents to the shire. If the draft is approved it will be put out to the community for it to look at and provide feedback on.
Another item of interest will be a proposal to name at park at Leeton's golf course estate.
Paul Helson has requested council discuss the idea of naming it "Helson Park" in commemoration of Charles Frederick Helson and Albert Percy Helson, who were pioneers of the district.
The Irrigator will be attending tomorrow night's meeting and will be providing a live blog of all the happenings from the evening.
