Staff at Leeton's Anytime Fitness gym have gone through the whole spectrum of emotions brought on by COVID-19 restrictions.
While they had been expecting some sort of rules to come in for gyms, they didn't expect to be closed down so quickly in March.
Feelings of anxiety, sadness, worry and uncertainty were common for owner Robyn Brown and her staff in those early days.
The worst was not knowing when gyms would be allowed to re-open.

"We certainly understood why it had to happen, but it was extremely hard on everyone," Robyn said.
"The Anytime Fitness head office was thinking it might be a shutdown for up to six months, so that thought was pretty scary.
"Thankfully we're back open now, but it has been a hard time for everyone."
After the initial shock wore off, it was time to come up with a plan of attack.
Online classes started to be offered via a private Facebook group and the time proved right to tick off some tasks at the gym that had been on the to-do list.
"It was an opportunity for us to make some improvements to the gym," Robyn said.
"We've fully repainted 90 per cent of the gym, we've done some maintenance work up the back, fixed a substantial roof leak, fixed some equipment, had some re-upholstery work done, a complete clean of all the carpet and deep cleans of all the bathrooms."
The gym re-opened on June 13 and is following all of the measures in place to protect the community.
Cleaning takes place every hour and machines regularly cleaned.
The message to residents is - Anytime Fitness is a safe place to be and to workout.
"We're taking the cleaning and the hygiene extremely serious, as we always have," Robyn said.
"Our members have been fantastic in following all of the rules in place.
"It's becoming second nature for people now I think.
"They are aware of what they have to do.
"We'd really like to thank all of our returning members and our new members for their support.
"We really appreciate them and hopefully now it's onwards and upwards from here."
A COVID health and safety inspector also paid a visit to the gym on Thursday and was pleased to see staff had gone above and beyond.
For those wanting to get back into the gym or perhaps become a member for the first time, Anytime Fitness provides competitive membership prices.
There's plenty included in the price, making now the best time to get started.
"It's a good time of year to get back into your fitness or get started," Robyn said.
"It's cold outside, so it's the perfect time to come on in and workout here."
