The theatre will re-open for movie screenings from July 9, with all community members invited to head on in, relax and enjoy a cinema experience once again.
With next week the beginning of the school holidays in NSW, the timing couldn't be better.
There is one small hitch - the theatre will only be able to screen movies that have already been released as there are currently no new films to access.
This shouldn't matter to those who are just keen to get out of the house while also looking to escape for an hour or so with the company of a movie.

"There's no new movies being released, so we've gone with some that have gone well in the past," Roxy Theatre co-ordinator Sam Webber said.
"It will be the school holidays, so we'd love to see people coming in, just getting out of the house.
"I guess it's almost a bit of a novelty going to the movies now because we haven't been able to do it for so long."
The Roxy Theatre had to shut up shop when restrictions were put in place by the government, which unfortunately meant several shows were cancelled.
Mr Webber is working on attracting others to the theatre later in the year, but uncertainty still remains pending the current pandemic situation.
The shutdown hasn't meant a complete slow down for Mr Webber.
He's been working throughout, assisting with the community consultation that was happening regarding the redevelopment project plans for the theatre.
These plans were officially adopted by Leeton Shire Council last week, with construction work anticipated to start in early 2021.
That means the next six months will be full steam ahead with planning, but it will also be an ideal time for people to experience the theatre before its much-needed makeover.
Mr Webber was hopeful the community would show its support when the doors do re-open next week.
"Every little bit definitely helps," he said.
"We'd love to see people coming in and watching a movie here with us.
"We'v got big plans for the future, but for now it would be great to see people coming in and supporting us."
All of the appropriate COVID-19 guidelines and hygiene measures will be in place at the theatre when it re-opens.
It's easy to keep up-to-date with what's happening at the Roxy - staff provide regular updates in The Irrigator, as well as on its social media platforms.
In the meantime, sit back, relax and take in a movie at the Roxy.
