Having taken over at the Wade Hotel just over two years ago, the pair, along with Stacey's two sisters - Tara Preston and Kylie Preston - have thrown themselves into breathing new life into the pub.
Renovation work already completed has really opened up the space and made it a place people want to hang out in, meet up with friends and family and just enjoy getting together.
COVID-19 did throw a slight spanner in the works this year with the pub having to close its doors for months.
For Stacey her main concern was her staff.
"That was all I was worried about ... I wanted all of them to be okay," she said.

"Thankfully we've been able to keep all of them on now that we're back. JobKeeper was huge for us. It really helped.
"We're really lucky to have the staff we do.
"Everyone always comments on how happy they are, which is great, it all adds to the atmosphere here."
During the lockdown the Wade has continued with its renovation work, including a complete rebuild of the kitchen, which has now been moved to a different area of the hotel.
It's still coming together, but once it's good to go residents can expect to experience delicious pub meals that will cater to all tastes, as well as the introduction of pizza thanks to the installation of a pizza oven.
Renovation work will be moving forward over the coming months to continue giving the building a complete refresh, including the beer garden area, which will create a space perfect for a drink in the sunshine when the warm weather arrives.
Stacey said the idea was to continue to bring the pub into a new age where its suitable for all kinds of functions, catch ups, lunches, dinners, entertainment and more.
There's also a new children's play area, so the whole family will always be welcome.
"We've been really grateful for everyone's support during this time ... I think it's a testament to Leeton," Stacey said.
"Everyone always supports each other."
The pub is also pivotal in providing sponsorship to several sporting and community groups, as well as charities, so the support goes both ways.
The love of this long-standing pub is easy to see when talking to Stacey and Bart.
Their goal is to continue to make the space a place people want to come, no matter the time or day.
The hospitality at the Wade Hotel will have people coming back for more. While the kitchen nears completion, takeaway meals remain available.
