Those are the magic words any project manager likes to hear and it was certainly something Member for Farrer Sussan Ley was pleased with when she toured the grandstand redevelopment recently.
The project is being funded by all levels of government, as well as Australian Football sporting entities.
Once completed, the grandstand will include everything from new dressing rooms for men and women and a canteen to a function room, facilities for umpires and a lift for disabled access to the viewing area and the whole facility.
Leeton Shire Council's Adrian Edgcome-Lucas said the project was about 40 per cent completed.
"Milestone one was on June 30 and we were supposed to be around 30 per cent completed by then, so at this stage we are slightly ahead," he said.
"We're hoping for the project to be competed by the end of September."
An official opening will be held once the project is completed.
The idea is for the facility to be accessed by all user groups at the showground and is part of a wider plan to rejuvenate the area.
There are around five funding contributors to the project and has included the demolition of the former grandstand which was no longer safe for use.
