"Overall, like most organisations we've had some impacts," Mr Steers said.
"We're a really diverse business.
"Certain areas at different stages of the pandemic have been really busy. In the early stages of the pandemic we spent a lot of time helping businesses prepare for 'the new world'.
"Our customers needs have been changing and that's changed the way we need to deliver what we do.
"It's unprecedented for us and for everyone else."
Microtech DPS provides a range of services to customers here in Leeton, but also the broader area.
These centre on areas such as cyber security, print and scan hardware and services, cloud services, digital transformation, managed IT and IT hardware and software procurement.
They work with leading brands to ensure top notch quality and service is provided on a daily basis.
While the business is certainly pleased to be helping its clients through these different times, Mr Steers said there was one particular achievement Microtech DPS was particularly proud of.
"Probably our proudest moment not just in Leeton, but across our whole organisation, is we've been able to keep all of our staff on," he said.
"Everyone remains employed and has retained all of their hours."
For Leeton, that means around eight staff members have been kept on and are here to help serve the community.
The coming months will no doubt continue to be tough for businesses of all sizes.
Microtech DPS will be continuing to work hard to ensure its services can provide a point of difference while assisting their new and existing customers.
"We've continued to expand during COVID ... our office in Geeldong was opened during these times," Mr Steers said.
"All of our accounts division is centred in Leeton, so while we are growing in other areas, we are continuing to maintain and build on what's here.
"I think we are pretty well prepared for the future."
