Leeton Steel has experienced a busy three-month period, which owner Craig Willis has largely put down to the easing of the drought.
With a global pandemic playing out in the background, had conditions not improved, the business would likely have been very quiet during this time.
Thankfully, that hasn't been the case and it's all systems go at Leeton Steel.
Mr Willis and his wife Colleen officially took over the business, located in Pine Avenue, on July 1 last year.
It's been an interesting ride since then, but with a year of experience now under their belt, the only way is up.
Leeton Steel was able to maintain all of their staff levels during the pandemic, with Mr Willis also considering adding an extra team member in the coming weeks.
"We've been so appreciative of the support we've had recently and since we took over," Mr Willis said.
"Particularly from the farming community.
"Our first eight months were pretty quiet, so to have the last three months be so busy, is just fantastic."
It's been business as usual for Leeton Steel as an essential service during the pandemic.
"We've kept the doors open and all our guys on," Mr Willis said.
