The TINY TOUCH program was introduced in 2019 and according to Leeton Touch Association President Jackson Goman it had a huge amount of positive feedback.
"We had excellent numbers last year, and so many positive comments that we needed to try and get it running again this year.
"The program caters to the all children in Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 whether they are new to sport or they have played sports before.
TINY TOUCH focuses on fun while keeping children active. It develops skills related to Touch Football, but to all football codes and other sports too.
"We aim to introduce skills through mini games and activities and cater to the interests of children.
Leeton Touch Association has planned the program to cater to current COVID-19 regulations.
"The plan had altered slightly from last year due to the pandemic protocols, and our team of volunteers will continue to monitor COVID-19 information to adapt to any changes as necessary to ensure safety.
"We just want to provide an opportunity for children to get out, be active and have fun.
TINY TOUCH will begin this Wednesday 29 July and will run for 6 weeks. Registrations can still be made. Find Leeton Touch on Facebook or Instagram for further information.
