That is something staff at Leeton's Discount Chemist pride themselves on.
It's been a hectic time at the chemist, as well as at the town's Amcal Pharmacy which remains tied to the relatively new store located at the Leeton Market Plaza.
Due to COVID-19, the pharmacies have been employing new tactics in dealing with customers to ensure everyone's safety.
Leading pharmacist Tejaskumar (TJ) Patel said the community had been receptive, but reminded residents of the need to sanitise each time they entered the store and not to come in if they are sick or have undertaken a test for COVID-19.
"We ask those who have had a test that do need a medical certificate to call us to arrange this or simply come and use our drive through service ... if you've had a test for COVID-19 you need to be self-isolating until you receive your results," he said.

"We want to make sure we are keeping our staff safe, but also the community as well."
This is also the advice of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
The Leeton Discount Chemist officially opened its doors earlier this year, offering a great new choice for residents, with the added benefit of the drive-through service.
The business also has extended opening hours during the week, with doors open until 7pm.
It is also open every single Saturday and Sunday, giving residents even more flexibility.
On top of this, TJ is hoping to introduce even more services for the community to take up, including iron level testing which has already started, hearing checks with a specialised clinician and bone scan testing in the future.
NDIS clients can also take heart in knowing their needs are covered at the town's Amcal Pharmacy.
"We want to make sure we are a one-stop solution for all of our customers," TJ said.
While many would drop into a pharmacy to pick up medication or medicine for a specific ailment, both the Leeton Discount Chemist and Leeton Amcal Pharmacy also offer a range of other products in the areas of beauty, fashion, accessories, general household items and much more.
At the Leeton Discount Chemist TJ is also exploring options to have a specific place in the store for local products made by residents.
This could be anything from craft and jewellery to hand-made items such as masks, scarves or anything similar.
Those wanting to look into having their items sold at the pharmacy should get in touch with TJ.
"We really want to be promoting local people and shopping local to support our economy here," TJ said.
Leeton Discount Chemist also ran a raffle in July for customers and hopes to continue to do so in the months ahead.
TJ also paid tribute to all of his staff who he said have gone above and beyond in 2020 during the pandemic.
