The two men - Thomas William Fisher and Chase Matthew Teerman - were sentenced in Leeton Local Court on Tuesday for drink driving.
Both men recorded mid-range readings.
Fisher was charged after police saw him riding on a small, petrol-pocket motorbike, which had no lights fitted and he was not wearing a helmet in foggy conditions on June 20.
Facts tendered to the court also heard police noticed a stubby of beer protruding from the back pocket of the man's jeans when they approached him.
Fisher told police "he would be over" when they asked if he was drinking.
His solicitor Conor Cregan said his client had expressed remorse instantly and entered a plea of guilty at the earliest opportunity.

When asked if he had been drinking that night, Teerman told the officers he had consumed four schooners of full-strength beer.
He returning a positive breath analysis.
His solicitor Mark Del Gigante told the court Teerman was "very ashamed" of his actions.
Both men also completed the traffic offenders program.
Magistrate Miranda Moody acknowledged both men appeared to be remorseful, but warned them not to appear before the court again for a similar offence.
In her sentencing, Ms Moody handed each man the identical punishment of a mandatory interlock period of 12 months, a three-month disqualification of the licences (back dated to the time of their offence) and they will also each pay a $400 fine.
