Leeton traveled to Wagga on Saturday to take on Wagga City, coming home with a 33-0 victory to their name and their place locked in for the 2020 second grade grand final.
It was a dominant start for the Phantoms, with their strength and skill completely overpowering City in the first 20 minutes of the game.
"We hardly gave up the ball at all in that first 20 minutes," club president John Hill said.
"The fact we've got some fairly big forwards, who just kept running at their guys and getting over the advantage line and had them back peddling, it really set us up.
"When they (City) did get the opportunity to get the ball in their hands, they were just getting tired from running into our big guys all the time.

"Our defence was fantastic for that first 20 minutes. We didn't give a yard."
With City basically defeated in the first half, the Phantoms job was to maintain their efforts and again try and become more acclimatized to playing in the warmer temperatures.
Standout players for the Phantoms were Andrew Madden, Anisito Komai and Sainivalati Ratudradra.
Keeping City scoreless was also pleasing for the Leeton side.
"The off ball work that two or three of our guys did was just fantastic as well," Hill said.
"Everyone is really excited to have booked that spot in the grand final after a good performance on the weekend."
Having already booked their grand final position, the Phantoms will now have this week off to prepare and finesse.
They will also have the chance to watch first hand their potential opponents fight it out to join them in the big dance with Leeton set to host the second grade and women's preliminary finals at No. 1 Oval on Saturday afternoon.
The Phantoms will train as usual this week, but will also have a hit out on Saturday morning before they sit down together to watch the preliminary final between Wagga City and Albury.
