The last time the Leeton club made that final for its second tier side was in 2015, a match it won.
There's excitement in the air as the Phantoms, who are currently undefeated, seek out that premiership glory again this weekend.
"It's a full credit to everyone who has been involved this season," Hill said.
"We've had very good numbers in the men's and women's this year. Now we've got our men's into the grand final, it's fantastic.

"We appreciate the commitment everyone has made to be able to get the competition going and keep it going."
Last week Leeton-Whitton colours adorned shop fronts after two of their senior sides made the grand finals, this week Leeton Phantoms have been popping up all over town.
"It's great to see the support of the town ... all our codes seem to get behind each other, so it's really good," Hill said.
With the 2020 season being different during to COVID, the Leeton club decided to only field a second grade and women's side in the SIRU competition.
It's allowed them to build their players and their strengths, as well as giving them the opportunity to play football in an uncertain year.
That decision could very well pay off if the Phantoms play like they have this weekend against Albury.
Currently undefeated, Hill was optimistic the team would return with the premiership against Albury come the final siren on Saturday.
The grand final gets underway at 11.15am on Saturday and there has been some good news when it comes to spectators.

Leeton has been able to access 200 tickets for the grand final through an agreement with Southern Inland and Albury.
The tickets are available online, but there are some conditions.
"What it does mean is our game is at 11.15am, we'll go there (Conolly Park), play our game ourselves, then our crowd will pack up and leave the ground," Hill said.
"Then the next crowd will come in and they can watch the women's and first grade."
