IRCF facilitator for Leeton, Claire Williams, said the program was already working wonders in the community in many ways.
"Notably, the formation of Leeton Connect, an umbrella group that will connect the Leeton not-for-profits through networking, participation, collaboration and inclusion," she said.
"In the most recent round of IRCF grant funding Leeton Connect, the Leeton Arts Society, the Leeton Show Society and Whitton Public School P&C were recipients of grant funding."
This money is being used by these organisations for several different projects.
Round two of the IRCF grant funding will remain open for Leeton organisations to apply to until 5pm on October 19.
Any not-for-profit interested in applying for the funding should get in touch with Ms Williams on 0429 092 165 or ircfleeton@gmail.com.
