This money is coming in from a range of sources, including the state government, Leeton Shire Council, Leeton Soldiers Club and the Leeton SunRice Festival Ambassador Quest program.
One of the major projects that will be able to go ahead is the replacing of the iron roof at the Scout hall, as well as the installation of insulation to keep the facility warmer and cooler.

Nationals MLC Wes Fang said the state government was kicking in close to $10.500 for this project.
"Scouts NSW is one of our state's largest and most successful youth organisations building leadership skills, resilience and friendship while offering an extraordinary variety of activities for young people, so it's fantastic to help secure their future," he said.
"This latest news follows the announcement that Leeton Girl Guide Hall will get fire doors and smoke alarms installed as part of a further $1 million in stimulus funding."
Adding to this will be funding from council to assist with the purchase of an oven and cooktop at the hall's new kitchen, as well as a further grant from the Leeton Soldiers Club to help with the replacement of the organisation's rusted water reticulation system.
Disbursements from the Ambassador Quest, which raised tens of thousands of dollars, will go towards the Leeton 1st Scouts purchasing two new canvas tents, an additional oven/ cooktop and exhaust fan and some walkie talkies.
