Public comment on the plans will be accepted until close of business of Monday.
The plans have caused some ire in the community, but CBD enhancement committee George Weston is confident most of those concerns can be ironed out.
Leeton Shire Council has held several sessions with the community over the last three weeks, including pop ups in the main street and another consultation at the chambers in Chelmsford Place.
"The overwhelming majority of comments and feedback has been positive," councillor Weston said.

"Some people have had some concerns when it comes to parking for caravans, the big tree and the rotunda, but I'm confident all of those issues can and will be addressed in the proper way.
"The design will honour our soldiers. I think there has also been a fair bit of confusion about what rotunda is being moved.
"It is the Rotary rotunda, which is not the heritage band rotunda.
"The heritage band rotunda is staying.
"The Rotary rotunda will be moved to another location as agreed to by Rotary."
Comments and feedback will now be assessed and compiled for councillors to review, with draft design set to return to council for approval at its October 28 ordinary meeting.
Indicative costs for the full project are $1.2 million subject to detail design.
Grant funding has already been secured for the lower island near the cenotaph with funding options being explored for the new extended top island.
The development of the promenade may have to be staged.
