They believe the club needs different people to lead the Hawks into a new era with fresh ideas.
Glenn Preston has held an executive position with the club for about two decades and he said it was now crunch time for Yanco-Wamoon. He will be the assistant treasurer for 2021.
"If we don't fill these roles at the next meeting, the club will fold," he said.
"The support is there. We had 16 people at the AGM and that's a good number. It's just no one wanted to put their hands up for these roles.
"Without these executive positions being filled, you can't have a club."
Preston said concerns had been raised about Group 20 not playing in 2021, but the board has held a meeting and decided a competition will definitely be played next season.

The club's fate will be decided at meeting on October 21 from 7pm at Yanco All-Servicemen's Club. All welcome to attend.
