With A and B grade now combined, four clubs are fielding teams in the senior competition.
The idea is to get back to basics - enjoy playing the game, bringing new and former players back on board and creating an atmosphere for spectators and families to enjoy the cricket.
Association chairman Matt Curry wants to see the sport thrive once again in Leeton.

"This season that's what we are focusing on, bringing it back to having fun, but still being competitive," he said.
The competition gets underway this weekend with two Twenty20 matches.
Narrandera Carpheads and the L&D CC will get the competition underway at Narrandera Park from 12.30pm, with the newly-reformed Leeton Soldiers Club Colts taking on Yanco Cricket Club at 3.30pm, also at Narrandera.
Two more Twenty20 matches will follow next weekend, before the first 40-over fixtures take place on October 31.
Curry has also spearheaded the revival of the Colts and is hoping the club can play it's part in "making cricket great again" in the area.
"We've got a few kids home from uni with everything that's going on, so they're keen, plus we've got some people who are coming back to the club again," he said.
"I think for all clubs it's important to say just because the season is starting, it doesn't mean it's not too late to play. It's never too late if you want a game."
