Owner Paul Norden, who has been the go-to man at Cammy's Exclusive Dry Cleaners for around 20 years, has made the tough decision to shut up shop on November 6.
Prior to Mr Norden taking over, the business was owned by Gordon Camm, who managed the store for at least 40 years.
Having been in business for so long, Mr Norden has seen it all.
However, more recently there has been a shift in people's habits when it comes to dry cleaning.
This, coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic and the cancellation of events, weddings and limited numbers at funerals, has meant business has gotten slower.
"I wanted to retire when I was 45 and I'm past that, so I thought it was time," Mr Norden said.
MORE NEWS:
"It's been getting quieter over the last couple of years.
"People these days don't buy those suits or coats, whatever it may be, to have forever, so they aren't bringing them in to be dry cleaned regularly.
"Then with the coronavirus when all of the events were cancelled, it really dropped off."
The part I have enjoyed the most is definitely the people.

Fast fashion also has a hand to play in how people use dry cleaners.
With clothing more affordable today now more than ever, many people see more value in buying something new, rather than having it for longer periods and needing the services of a dry cleaner.
Mr Norden wasn't always in the dry cleaning business. He's worked with the water commission and Murrumbidgee Irrigation for more than 30 years.
"I came into this business because I wanted to do something for myself," he said.
"The part I have enjoyed the most is definitely the people.
"They come in to drop something off and end up staying for a chat.
"That's the part I will miss the most."
Mr Norden has already scaled back his hours at the dry cleaning business, working three days a week to still meet the needs of customers.
Having spent so much time working to make sure people's prized possessions such as wedding dresses, suits and the like all come up as good as new in his hands, Mr Norden is well aware each item holds a story and memory within itself.
However, he joked he wouldn't be giving away his trade secrets when it comes to removing those tough stains and marks.
"In all seriousness though, different stains you have different chemicals for, but you don't use them all the time ... I rarely use them," he said.
"Cold water is as good as any thing for a lot of regular marks."
