Emergency services were called to Burley Griffin Way at Ariah Park about 1.30pm after reports of an accident between a black Volvo B-double and white Nissan Elgrand van.
A NSW Police spokesperson said inquiries into the collision suggest the B-double truck collided with the rear of the van, forcing it off the road, where it rolled.
The Nissan driver, a 45-year-old woman, was airlifted to Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital after being ejected from the vehicle and sustaining spinal injuries.
Her two passengers, a 13-year-old girl and a nine-year-old boy, sustained injuries and were also airlifted to the Children's Hospital at Westmead.
The police spokesperson said the 26-year-old truck driver, who was uninjured, was arrested and charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm and negligent driving that caused grievous bodily harm.
