Judy Heness defeated Joan Bourke and Faye Harris defeated Mary Payten. Marika Pete was victorious over Lorraine Messner.
Pete scored a 10 early in the game and led by 14 points.
Even though Messner also scored a possible 10, it wasn't enough to give her a win. In the other game Denise Naylor was able to secure a win over Elaine Sullivan.
Naylor, after scoring 10 on the seventh end, gained a handy lead. Sullivan bounced back to close the gap by two points.

The score was five points each for the next four ends, then Naylor took a nine and another 10 and went on to win the game.
The remaining six players, played a social game of triples.
Denise Naylor and Jan Fitzpatrick were the drawn winners.
Margaret Looby won the tournament raffle.
The monthly meeting will be held after play on Thursday.
Leeton Soldiers Club
OVER the past few weeks, Leeton Soldiers women have been playing in a mixed pairs competition with members from Leeton Soldiers men's club.
L Eason and J Munro (subbing) won their first round and A Chant and J Leach also took a win.
Also having a win in the first round was Betty Howard and Geoff Dartnell (subbing).
The second round saw Eason and L Cox go down to Chant and Leach, while Colleen Harrison and Bob Bunbury (who had a bye in round one) went down to Howard and Clare.
Finals will be played on December 2.
This match will start at 9am and promises to be a close match.
In social bowls, Margaret McKenzie, Norma McGregor and Barbara Gullotta played Lorraine McKellar and Val Bloem with McKenzie playing double lead.
This was a very close match finishing with a draw. Bloem and McKenzie both scored resting touchers.
Bowls on Wednesday will start at 9am, and will be followed by lunch to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the women's bowling club.
