The second last meeting of the year is typically where council's auditor discusses its financial situation and this will again be the case in 2020.
The financial statements in question have been on public display for the community to view.
No submissions were received from the public.
Brad Bohun from Crowe in Albury, the agent representing the Audit Office of NSW (council's auditor) will present the annual financial reports and auditor's reports for the 2019-20 financial year at this meeting.
Mr Bohun will address council at the start of the meeting.
He will highlight the key features of the financial reports together with comments on the conduct of the audit. He will also take questions from councillors at the conclusion of the presentation.

Code of conduct has no complaints
EVERY year council is required to to lodge an annual report with the Office of Local Government within three months to the end of September each year.
The 2020 report covers the period 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020 and includes statistics in relation to:
- The total number of code of conduct complaints made in relation to councillors and/or the Chief Executive Officer.
- The number of complaints referred to a conduct reviewer.
- The number of complaints finalised by a conduct reviewer at the preliminary assessment stage.
- The number of complaints investigated by a conduct reviewer.
- The number of complaints investigated by a conduct review committee.
- The outcome of complaints.
- The number reviewed by the Division of Local Government and the outcome of those reviews.
- The total cost of dealing with complaints in the period.
Council has compiled its report and found there were no complaints made in any of the categories.
Early Christmas gifts
SEVERAL Leeton shire organisations will be receiving funding, pending final approval at Wednesday's meeting, under council's community strengthening grants program.
The following will receive funding if given the final tick of approval at the meeting:
Historic Hydro Writers Club $1000, Leeton Aviators Club $1000, Leeton Can Assist $1000, Leeton Family and Local History $2000 and $1300, Leeton Show Society $1000, Riverina Riding Club $1000, Whitton Town Improvement Committee $2000 and Yanco-Wamoon Ladies Auxiliary $2000.
Roads matter
LEETON Shire Council is set to determine on Wednesday night whether or not several road projects will ahead.
Council has recommended the following occur:
1 Endorses the installation of four Permanent Traffic Classifiers within the shire road network, with locations to be approved by the general manager.
2 Endorses the upgrade of the drainage network in Petersham Road between properties 7 and 29 Petersham Road, also providing improved pedestrian access on the western side of the road.
3 Endorses the inclusion into the roads and drainage program for 2020-21 of two additional road projects: Whitton Road (Canal Street to Washington Drive) - renewal and Acacia Avenue (between Yanco Avenue and Racecourse Road) - double reseal.
4. Endorses the repurposing of the 2020-21 road renewal program funds allocated to Euroley Road and Sycamore Street to: Gogeldrie Street, Whitton - rehabilitation (one section); reseal and Research Road (Gladman Road to Toorak Road) - rehabilitation and widening and Corbie Hill Road (Intersection with Yanco Avenue) - renewal.
5. Endorses for nomination to the Fixing Country Roads Round Two funding applications for Canal Street (Traffic lights to Market Street) - renewal and Back Whitton Road (Rice sheds to Binyah Street) - renewal.
