Their round two match is one of the key fixtures in the Riverina League draw for 2021, as well as a mouthwatering opening round game between Turvey Park and Coolamon.
Tigers hosted Anzac Day commemorative games, including double headers with Group Nine club Kangaroos, earlier this decade but haven't played on the 25th of April since 2016.
It's the only game locked in on the day, with other fixtures across the Riverina and Farrer Leagues all set for Saturday.
It will also be Tigers' first home game.
The reigning premiers (in the Riverina League, as well as the AFL Riverina Championship) travel to Leeton when the competition kicks off on April 17.
The other round one games sees the Bulldogs host Coolamon, including ex-Bulldogs co-coaches Mark Carroll and Jeremy Sykes, at Maher Oval.
Collingullie-Glenfield Park are at home to Griffith while Narrandera host Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong.
MCUE have a first round bye, meaning Anzac Day will open their highly-anticipated season after a big recruiting campaign.
Apart from Anzac Day, Sunday fixtures in the Riverina League season won't be finalised until junior draws are done to give clubs an opportunity to line up 'same-day footy'.
The Farrer League season will start a week earlier, on Saturday April 10, with Temora at home to North Wagga in arguably the match of the round.
Elsewhere, Marrar will open their new clubrooms ahead of a game against the Northern Jets.
Coleambally are at home to Charles Sturt University, and East Wagga-Kooringal welcome The Rock-Yerong Creek. Barellan begin with a bye but kick off their season away to the Jets in round two.
The Saints can unfurl their 2019 premiership flag in round two, with a grand final rematch against the Hawks.
There were no requests for Good Friday games in either league with Easter falling on the first weekend of April next year.
