Next year will be no different with the school unveiling exactly what production will take to the stage in 2021 - and the answer is Shrek.
The much-loved movie, which has also been adapted for the stage across the world, will land at Leeton High in all of its funny and heart-warming goodness.
More than 70 students have already taken part in auditions for the ensemble as part of the staging of Shrek, with staff saying they "sang beautifully, danced up a storm and, most importantly, found the courage to put themselves out there to represent their school".
This was followed by those who were interested in trying out for the lead roles.
The creative arts department has been busy at the school also putting on "Jamwich" from December 7 to 11 as a platform for performers to entertain students and staff with a diverse line up of musical genres.
Community members should keep an eye out for release dates for the musical next year.
