The Colts were able to make a flying start with Mark Burns and Nick Morris at the top of the order as they put on a 68-run partnership before Burns (33) and Morris (30) both fell to the bowling of Ahmed Bilal (2/21).
Despite the two quick wickets, Hugh Collins and Reece Maguire picked up where they left off last week with a 36-run partnership before Collins (23) fell to the bowling of Glenn Hillam while Rhodes (1) followed closely behind.
Maguire (36) kept the pressure on before he became Hillam's (4/26) third victim before the Colts were eventually bowled out for 159 in their final over.
Anthony Mandaglio (15) led the way early in the Stags innings before he fell to the bowling of Mark Burns (1/27) while Tye Clancy (9) was picked up by Reece Keech.
Angus Boulton and Bilal were tasked with trying to get their side back on track, but after a 41-run stand, Collins (1/22) was able to take a sharp caught and bowled to dismiss Bilal (18).
When Boulton (26) fell to the bowling of Rob Keech, it would spell the end of the Stags resistance.
Rob Keech (3/10) back up his first wicket with the dismissals of Josh Lanham (11) and Andrew Kouzan (4) while Reece Keech (2/13) had Rohan Lacey (0) caught by Burns.
Maguire (2/19) picked up a run out and the final two wickets to see the Stags bowled out for 98 in the 25th over and the Yanco side lost 7/16.
