Leeton police have charged a man with possessing illegal drugs, an unregistered gun and a large quantity of fireworks.

Officers from Murrumbidgee Police District's proactive crime team were conducting inquiries at a caravan park on Yanco Avenue in Leeton, where the spoke to a 21-year-old man.
At 1pm they searched the 21-year-old's cabin, finding MDMA, methylamphetamine, cannabis, detonators for explosives, and a large quantity of explosives and ammunition.
Officers also searched the man's Commodore ute and found a .22 calibre pistol and more ammunition and fireworks.
The 21-year-old was arrested and taken to Leeton police station. He was charged with three counts of possessing prohibited drugs, supplying a commercial quantity of drugs, possessing an unauthorised and unregistered pistol, and for not keeping the firearm safely, as well as three counts of explosives without a licence.
The man was refused bail to appear in Griffith Local Court.
