Variety store Bargain Buys is set to make the move to Leeton and bring their broad range of products to town.
Bargain Buys manager Danielle Bernardi said the plan was to open in late April or early May.
It's estimated it will see 10 jobs at the new Leeton store, including three managers.

"We have started recruitment and then we'll eventually move on to training," Miss Bernardi said.
"We've always thought about Leeton as a potential place to open and now there's an opportunity to do that.
"We're excited to set up, it's a really good location and there's a huge car park right there.
"We've gotten a lot of positive feedback so far with people pretty familiar with our stores."
Leeton's new Bargain Buys store will trade seven days a week, with homewares, pet supplies, kitchenware, cleaning, craft, giftware and various seasonal items.
