The game was set as an unofficial semi-final with the winner to progress, and after winning the toss and electing to bat, Yanco would have been wanting to make a strong start at the top of the order.
It didn't quite turn out that way as MacLean Crompton picked up the wicket of Abid Hussain (3) while Noah Maybon (1/7) knocked over Anthony Mandaglio (3).
Tim Grigg (4) and Tom Allen (11) tried to get their side moving in the right direction before Blake McDonald dismissed the pair in quick succession.
It would get tough from that point for the Stags as Ash Frazer (2/8) picked up the wickets of Callum Dunn (1) and Andrew Kouzan (0) while McDonald (3/11) dismissed Logan Mahalm (0) and Sam Alampi had Mohammad Ahmed (4) stumped by Tyler O'Connell and then Rohan Lacey (9) was caught by Dylan McKellar.
