This weekend will see Narrandera play host to Yanco in a game the Carpheads will need to win if they want to maintain hopes of featuring in the decider.
The final is out of reach for the Stags, who are 18 points behind the second-placed LSC Colts side, but with Narrandera only 10 points behind the Colts, they will need the seven points this week to stay within the mathematical equation.
The Carpheads have been the form side of the competition since the festive break, having won four wins and a washout from the six games since the new year.
The Stags are on the other end of the equation, having only won two of their last six games.

In the other game, L&D and LSC Colts will face off at Mark Taylor Oval a day before their showdown to decide the winner of the Twenty20 competition.
The Colts will be looking to find some form, having dropped four of their last five matches that were played to completion, and should they win, they would secure their place in the one-day final.
The Ferrets side they will be coming up against has won three of their last four games and a win would secure the minor premiership.
