Again, lots of youngsters there and thanks for the weather holding off for the morning at least.
It was the Leeton Community Care Development/Ngumbaay Leeton who entertained the young crowd, and a few older ones, along with the mighty Leeton Phantoms Football Club who were there to go that bit extra with the entertainment showing off their football skills.
Thank you so much it was very much appreciated and may we wish you all a successful 2021 football season.
That just happened to be the 16th pop up shop.
All are welcome to attend our next one.
IN OTHER NEWS:
About Gossamer Park, there is a new half basketball court being built there and already has the kids talking.
A joint project from Leeton Shire Council, Creative Community Concepts and the state government. I am sure it will be well patronized.
At last, we now have our bus back from having sign writing done on it and wow, I must say it looks awesome.
So now "Buster's Bistro" (food van) is ready, along with the bus, to tow it around town.
Now we must arrange a "show and tell" event. Looking forward to that.
With winter just around the corner the Leeton Community Op Shop I am sure will have some warm clothing in stock, along with school uniforms and more.
While there try out our Leeton Cannery Tea House.
You can stop for lunch at only $6, eat in or takeaway or a lovely coffee and slice.
Just come in relax and have a chat and check out our shop.
On behalf of the LCCD may I wish everyone a Happy Easter and hope the Easter bunny is kind to you all.
