The Greens were able to make a flying start, with Brayden Scarr able to dive on a Cameron Bruest grubber inside the first two minutes of the game.
The Black and Whites were quick to respond with a try minutes later, while Andrew Lavaka was then able to dart from dummy half to give his side the advantage.
The Greens lost Sebastian Blackett to an injury before Scarr got over for his second of the match, while Will Barnes dived over to restore Leeton's advantage.
The home side was then able to make the most of a penalty for a high fend of Scarr with Viliame Latenacolo getting over under the post while Hayden Philp crashed over to give the Greens a 28-10 lead.
The Panthers were able to hit back either side of halftime as Jonathan Sila able to get over in the corner while Lavaka made another dart from dummy to score his second.
The Greens ran away with the game from that point with four unanswered tries, including two more tries to Scarr, with Will Barnes and Jayke Stevenson scoring the other two for the Greens to come away with a 26-point win.

Leeton coach Hayden Philp was pleased with the way his side were able to battle through the tough early stages.
"We had to compete with them for the first 20 minutes, and we knew that because they are a big side," he said.
"It was good that once we weathered that storm, we were able to get into the grind and play the footy that we wanted.
"We made a few errors at the start, which didn't really help, but once we stuck to our structure, we were able to get into the grind."
The Greens will now prepare to make the trip over to Yenda on Sunday to take on the Blueheelers, and Philp feels he will be without Blackett.
"It looks like he has dislocated his elbow, so we will wait and see on him, but he will probably be out for a lengthy period of time," he said.
