Cause 4 Cancer will raise much-needed funds for the charities on Sunday May 30.
Both organisations took a severe financial hit as a result of COVID-19.
According to event organiser Anna Nardi, whilst fundraising for charitable organisations has been severely impacted over the last 12 months, sadly cancer diagnosis and treatment in the Leeton community is ongoing.
"Cause 4 Cancer is an event I am hosting with the intent to raise much needed funds for Can Assist Leeton and Lilier Lodge," Mrs Nardi said.
The funds raised from ticket sales will then be equally divided between the organisations.
Lilier Lodge is a purpose built accommodation facility for people undergoing cancer treatments across the Riverina, offering comfort to those often experiencing the most challenging times of their lives.
Mrs Nardi knows first hand how beneficial the services offered at Lilier Lodge can be.
"During my stay at Lilier Lodge I found it to be a very healing place, a very beautiful, giving community," Mrs Nardi said.
Currently in it's 40th year of service to the Leeton community, Can Assist Leeton has supported thousands of residents and their families as they undergo chemotherapy and radiation therapy for their diagnosed cancer.
Mary Dodd, the Manager for Can Assist Leeton said the organisation is not means tested and is here to help any individual and their family in need.

"We have a welfare committee that will work closely with an individual to work out the very best way that Can Assist can offer them support," Mrs Dodd said.
"This covers everything from offering petrol vouchers to arranging interstate travel and accommodation, to providing a wealth of knowledge on other health and support services individuals could also access."
The day will begin with a tour around Southern Cotton, followed by light refreshments provided by Mick's Bakehouse.
Ticket holders will then be able to roam the grounds of Whitton Malt House and indulge in a delicious two course luncheon with a complimentary glass of Prosecco, whilst listening to an array of speakers.
Micks Bake House, the Whitton Malt House and Celi's Bus Service are all major sponsors of the fundraiser.
There will also be a continuous raffle and local art and craft displays and sales by Leeton Art Society, Chandala Design and Whilst @ Home.
