The local community donation is part of a nation program that will see Commonwealth Bank donate $500,000 nationally to organisations that make a difference to the lives of the residents who live in their community.
"Many communities across Australia face ongoing challenges as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, so it's important for us to give back to local organisations to do good work within our community" said Commonwealth Bank Leeton Branch Manager Sue Limbrick.
"In particular the support and wellbeing the Leeton Mens Shed provides to both their community and to each other, so it's great to be able to support them in this great work."

The Mens Shed plan to put the money towards paying for electrical wiring work completed for recently donated machinery.
"The donation means a lot to us, we will for sure put it to good use," Mens Shed chairman George Reynolds said.
"We are grateful to the Commonwealth bank Leeton branch for such a generous donation, it will help us achieve bigger and better things."
