After last year's annual event wasn't played due to COVID, a new-look representative team won both their games to ensure they maintain their place at the helm.
Coach Nick McCarthy was pleased to add to their streak.
"We got the job done," McCarthy said.
"We played really well in the first grade but struggled to get the bodies going in the second game but we got the outcome we were looking for."
Southern Inland started the competition with a 50-19 win over South Coast.
Waratahs centre Harry Morrow crossed for a hat-trick while Dylan McLachlan bagged a double.

However they had a much bigger test against Monaro, who had a 21-all draw with South Coast earlier.
Monaro opened the scoring try but Southern Inland responded as Sam Carwardine scored the first of his two tries in the 27-21 victory.
Southern Inland extended their lead to 19-7 at half-time and went further in front after the break but struggled to shake clear of their rivals.
McCarthy was pleased the team could rise to the challenge.
"I thought Monaro played really well, they put a lot of pressure on us defensively and while we probably didn't execute as well as we could have a lot of due to the pressure they put us on it," he said.
"It was a tightly contested game and they had a red hot crack at us, which was enjoyable too as we've had some pretty easy wins in the last few years."
McLachlan was one of the standouts for the side while Wagga City teammate Adam Mokotupu picked up a calf complaint.
