It is a tale of two different sides when it comes to the Leeton Greens and Yanco-Wamoon Hawks in this year's league tag competition.
The Greens have shown they are one of the sides to beat in 2021, having not dropped a game so far.
For the Hawks, they are a completely new side from the team which won the club's first league tag premiership in 2019.
They were some suggestions Yanco-Wamoon may not have been able to field a tag side in 2021, but the club has rallied and many new players have come on board under the coaching eye of Pat Hart.
"We've got a really young side this season, there's probably one two players from the side which won the grand final, but we're getting there," Hart said.
"Every week they are improving and their skills are getting better.
"It will be another tough challenge (on Saturday) against Yenda, but if we can just keep learning, improving and having a bit of fun, then I'm happy."
The Hawks will host Yenda at Yanco Sportsground on Saturday, with their game kicking off at 12.40pm.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Meanwhile, the Leeton Greens will be off on a road trip to take on Tullibigeal Lakes United on Sunday afternoon.
Coach Dan Watt was hopeful the long drive and the weekend off due to the bye wouldn't affect his team's ability to secure victory.
"The girls are all really keen and they'll be ready to go after having the weekend off," Watt said.
"We're expecting a hard game on Sunday.
"The girls know there are no easy games this year and that's the mindset we want to keep.
"We can't afford to be complacent. We need to stay as humble and as grounded as we can.
"As long as the girls keep improving, keep showing up with a positive attitude and keeping their heads up when the going gets tough, we will do okay."
Leeton's league tag match will start at 12.40pm on Sunday.
