Langker is a producer for Friendlyjordies, AKA Jordan Shanks, who is being sued by Mr Barilaro after making videos accusing the Deputy Premier of corruption.
Murray MP Helen Dalton, who has been in Friendlyjordies videos and had crew at her house, believes the action against Langker is wrong given he approached Mr Barilaro in public areas.

"The implications for free speech and civil liberties are extremely disturbing," Mrs Dalton said
"A special unit established to tackle extremists should not be arresting a YouTube comedian."
Mrs Dalton was referring to the fixated persons investigation unit set up after the deadly Lindt Cafe terrorism siege and given the task of probing those obsessed to an irrational degree with a public office holder or an extreme ideological cause.
Asked if he had any unease about Langker's arrest, Mr Fang was carefree.
"I don't have concerns at all, this is another example of Helen Dalton being critical of the government unnecessarily and in an unwarranted way," Mr Fang said.
"The fixated persons unit was doing as the name suggests.
"That person had already approached the Deputy Premier and the footage shows that person approached the Deputy Premier on another occasion and it fits within the remit of the fixated persons unit."
Shanks, in a video detailing Langker's apprehension, described the unit as a "legalised goon squad" and said his producer attempted to tell an arresting officer that "our work is not cyber bullying it's journalism".
Mr Fang said Langker was not a journalist and "doesn't have journalistic credentials" and that Mr Barilaro was suffering abuse and "unfair criticism" from "what is effectively a Labor-supporting comedian".
