The Greens were able to make a strong start, with Rhys Wilesmith getting over in the fifth minute while Kirtis Fisher made it two in quick succession.
George Broome and Beau Routley scored within two minutes of each other while Wilesmith crossed for his second four minutes before halftime while Josh Fisher gave Leeton a 32-0 at the break.
Leeton scored two tries in the opening 10 minutes of the first half, including one to James Fisher, while Fisher doubled his tally six minutes later to see the visitors leading 48-0.
The Sharks were able to get a consolation try with 13 minutes remaining in the game as Lincon Kirby was able to find his way over the line and the home side held out the Greens for the remainder of the game to see Leeton take a 42-point win.
Coming off the general bye last weekend, coach Hayden Philp was glad to have a physical hit out.
"We didn't play our best footy, but I'm happy that we got the win and came away with a bit more match fitness," he said.
"We gave them a lot of possession that they didn't need, but it was good to have a good physical contest given we had the weekend off last week.
"It was good that it wasn't a whitewash and that we actually got some contact."

There was one downside with the clash with Kirtis Fisher picking up a hamstring issue which might have him in doubt for the derby next weekend.
"He came off, so we will just have to see how he goes throughout the week and make a call on him later on," he said.
This weekend will see the Greens celebrate their centenary with a clash against their old rivals Yanco-Wamoon and Philp knows his side will be wanting to make an impact.
"It being our 100 years and their 50 years this season as well, so I think everyone wants to play in it, so everyone is going to be fighting ready to go," he said.
"Training will be a big task this week, and there will be a few tough calls and a few people that will have to miss out."
