That is exactly what mother-daughter duo Jessica Looby and Vicki Ryan have been doing in recent times as part of the Riverina Redneck Rally.
As part of this, the pair will be hosting a fundraiser this Sunday.
A dice run is set down for the day, with those participating in for a short road trip of around 200 kilometres, prizes and a delicious morning tea and lunch.
All money raised on the day will be doing straight to Country Hope, an organisation which helps sick children and their family.
Being able to help this charity is one of the many reasons Jessica enjoys taking part in the rally and organising the fundraising events in the lead up.
"When you know you're helping sick kids, it's a good feeling," she said.
"You never know when you might need an organisation like Country Hope."
Their fundraising now is focused on contributing to their tally for next year's rally, which takes place in March over the course of 10 days.
Sunday's dice run is open to anyone who would like to participate and it's not too late to take part.
Simple turn up on Sunday at the carpark opposite the Leeton TAFE campus in Palm Avenue and register from 8.30am.
The dice run will be leaving at 9.30am sharp, hitting the road on a mystery course that will have several stops along the way and will finish at De Bortoli Wines.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Cars, bikes and rally cars are all welcome to take part.
The mother-daughter pair have several big fundraisers planned in the lead up to the 2022 rally, including a major raffle and cocktail evening at the Whitton Malt House.
"We've had so much support," Jessica said.
"As soon as you tell people what you are doing they are happy to donate. People are so generous."
The cost for Sunday's dice run is $20 per adult. Turn up on the day at 8.30am or call Vicki for more information on 0418 469 135.
