The 2021 event had riders leave from Neville Place outside Griffith City Council chambers on Saturday as they headed towards Hay, Hell and Booligal before returning to the city.
Another six rides had them arriving in towns including Darlington Point, Coleambally, West Wyalong, Barellan, Ardlethan, Hillston, Merriwagga, Temora, Coolamon, Ganmain, Junee, Ungarie, Urana, Lockhart, Boree Creek, Lake Cargelligo, Tullibigeal and Condobolin.
The ride was originally set to happen in 2020, but it's since been rescheduled.
Before starting off on their seven rides in seven days they stopped in at Whitton on Friday to draw the winners from a raffle which has been strongly supported by locals and visitors.
Black Dog Ride state co-ordinator Nerolie Falconer said 20 riders had registered to get behind the campaign around mental health.
Mrs Falconer said riders hailed from Griffith, Dubbo, Walgett, Moss Vale, Canberra and Wagga Wagga.
"We want to spread as much positivity as we can, that there is help out there," she said.
"We need to get rid of the stigma that has been around mental health for a long time."
She said the conversations Black Dog Riders had with people in the towns and communities they visited provided hope for people who may be struggling, or know someone who is.
