A SECOND Leeton man has been arrested and charged following the alleged theft of a classic motor vehicle in Leeton earlier this year.

Officers from the Murrumbidgee Police District arrested the 35-year-old around 10.15am on Thursday, September 2 in relation to the alleged break, enter and steal of a 1977 classic Holden Torana on the April 30.
The male was taken to Leeton Police Station where he was charged with aggravated break enter and steal, commit serious indictable offence in company and steal greater than $60,000.
The man was refused bail and will appear in Griffith Local Court on Friday, September 3.

The 35-year-old's arrest comes after a 26-year-old Leeton man was also charged in relation to the alleged theft and break and enter earlier this week.
The 26-year-old was charged with aggravated break, enter and steal commit serious indictable offence in company and steal greater than $60,000.
He was granted conditional bail to appear in Leeton Local Court on October 12.
The vehicle has not yet been located and the investigation continues.
