After the event was cancelled in 2020 due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions, committee members are keen to raise funds towards research, prevention and support for all women's cancers.
The 2019 event saw more than $12,000 raised on the night.
Committee Member Lorraine Robertson said it was a 'good time for a good cause'.
"Everyone in Leeton has someone or knows someone who has had their lives affected by cancer," Mrs Robertson said.
'"There is lots of cancer in Leeton so we are excited to raise money that will directly benefit those in need in the local community."
Money raised from ticket sales will go directly to CanAssist Leeton and the Cancer Council.

Bubbles will be handed out to all attendees on arrival, canapes on offer throughout night alongside raffles, lucky door prizes, live entertainment and more.
According to Mrs Robertson, interest in the event was already really high, with the committee expecting to surpass their initial expectations of 100 ticket sales.
"We were hoping for over a hundred attendees but are now expecting much more given the demand," Mrs Robertson said.
"We just have such a generous, giving community.
Leeton is just full of lovely people."
Girls Night In Leeton will be held from 6:00pm at the Wade Hotel on October 30th.
Tickets can be purchased in person at Antoinette's Showcase Jewellers or online here.
If you would like to donate an item or service to the night, please get in touch with any one of the committee members.
"It's a great excuse to get a group together, enjoy a night out and raise money," Mrs Robertson said.
"Throw on something pink and get tickets today!"
