The charity's efforts are normally focused providing dignity to women and children who are fleeing domestic violence, experiencing homelessness or doing it tough.
Their 'It's in the Bag' campaign will provide the essential items ahead of Christmas.
Local Team Leader and Share the Dignity Volunteer Vanessa Johns said Share the Dignity was a 'lovely' charity to volunteer with.
"It's such a rewarding experience to be able to give back to the community in this way," Mrs Johns said.
All locals need to do to take part and donate as part of the 'It's In The Bag' campaign is find a good condition or new bag to fill with essential items such as sanitary, hygiene and even some special indulgent items such as books, gift vouchers or makeup.
Participants can also make bags up for different circumstances for adults, teens and even mums and bubs.
"All you have to do is donate a bag in good condition and fill it with essentials that would benefit someone in need," Mrs Johns said.
