The theme for the day was toilet humour, with the books and stories focusing on all sorts of bathroom happenings.
A small group turned out, with If You're Happy and You Know It kicking off the morning.
The first book of the day was Who's in the Loo, with library assistant Leonie Murphy reading the story to the young attendees.
Who's in the Loo starts with a picture of a long queue outside the toilet block at a zoo.
Two children waiting outside spend their time speculating what animal might be inside and what might be causing the delay.
To fill in their time they make up catch phrases as to who might be inside before eventually finding out who the culprit was that was taking so long an octopus washing its many hands.
Singing about undies was up next with the question of the day, where do they belong?
On your head, elbow, foot or bottom?
The final story of the day was about a mole who poked his head out the top of his mound only to have a drop of poo land on his head.
He comes all of the way out of his hole to search for the culprit, asking all of the animals around him before finding out from a pair of flies it was the dog.
The mole seeks out the dog and has his own revenge.
The craft activity for the day was decorating a pair of paper undies.
Today is the final holiday storytime session at 10.30am, with Saturday book chair to be held tomorrow at 10.30am.
