The retrospective, which opened yesterday and runs until October 5, features the full spectrum of her works dating back to 1956.
Still going strong after nearly six decades of producing artworks, Mrs Blacker-Noble said she was still right into painting, which she finds "therapeutic".
"It's just part of me," she said.
"When you're painting you forget everything you're so busy all your cares drop away."
Her love affair with painting began when her mother gave her a set of paints and the rest, as they say, is history.
She began her artistic career in Leeton, but moved to Casino in 1974, where she studied visual arts at nearby Southern Cross University and also became involved with a variety of musicals.
She returned to Leeton in 1991 to be closer to her grandchildren and continues to paint new artworks to this day.
Mrs Blacker-Noble said she had no plans to hang up her paintbrush, aiming to continue as long as she could.
"While I'm able to hold a brush I'll keep painting," she said. "I think it's keeping me young.
"I don't think artists feel as old as other people."
The full range of Mrs Blacker-Noble's works will be on display at the exhibition, from her very first watercolour to her latest masterpieces.
