Held at the Leeton pool, the event included games, music, sunbaking and more throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
The pool party has become an Australia Day staple in Leeton, with Australia Day committee chairman George Weston hoping to build on it in the years to come.
"We would like to keep making it bigger and better, but we are a very small committee with little funds," he said.
"There were a lot of people there having a great time, which is what we want to see.
"We'll definitely be having it again next year because I think people really look forward to it."
The pool was opened to all residents free-of-charge throughout the afternoon, with Mr Weston hopeful more residents would come on board next year.
"If we can get a bigger committee going we will be able to do a lot more," he said. "It's such a great opportunity to showcase the pool and its facilities.
"The kids love it and the Lions train was a big hit again.
"There were a lot of people down there, so hopefully everyone had a great time."
