Many citizens know I have made my way to the Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights. The aim of this journey being to set a legal precedent and enable changes to legislation that will actually protect the mandatory reporter.
Without a mandatory reporter - your children have no legal voice and remain legally vulnerable.
Paedophiles and predators can actually be better protected in a courtroom than a child abuse victim.
Should the judge find in my favour then all the information and evidence will be made public.
Should the judge not find in my favour I will then be in a position to answer the many, many questions local citizens have been asking me since my child abuse whistleblower journey began.
I can make public all the information and evidence that is currently subject to legal protocol.
The information and evidence will be made available via the world wide web.
I have the support of one group of computer professionals who number 100,000 and who have designed a platform for the upload. The group has recently connected me to an even larger group so that the information and evidence will be generally available and easy to find.
Federal Circuit Court of Human Rights, today at 9.30 am in Court 8.2, 80 William Street, Sydney.
Thank you to the editor of The Irrigator for your support.
