"Normie" has been made with corrugated iron thanks to some creativity from Murrami residents and he aims to assist fund-raising efforts for Dean Walsh, who was critically injured following a car accident in 2012.
Mr Walsh, 28, spent almost 18 months in hospital and at the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit at Liverpool, and only recently returned home.
While his condition has slightly improved, Mr Walsh is need of a specialised vehicle to transport him to many medical appointments.
A Dean's Wheels committee has been formed to assist with raising the money that is needed to purchase the vehicle, with "Normie" the latest fund-raising idea.
"The basic idea is for Normie to be transported around, with those in possession of him only allowed to move him on if they pay a minimum of $50," project co-ordinator Melissa Herrmann said.
"He's been doing the rounds in Murrami ... I think we've only got a few more homes to go and he will have been almost everywhere in Murrami.
"It's a fun way to raise a bit of money ... 'Normie' is becoming quite well known around Murrami."
Those in possession of "Normie" can pay their way before choosing where they would like him to go next.
It's believed at some properties he has been quite the farm hand, but at others he has reportedly slacked off from the hard yakka.
"Normie" travels around town on a bicycle, with Leeton residents soon in his sight.
"We'll keep going with it as long as we can," Mrs Herrmann said.
"It's started to take on a life of its own."
Many other fund-raisers to help aid Mr Walsh in getting his wheels have been planned, including a trivia night, open garden and art exhibition.
