Mrs Gladman marked the occasion with her family at a luncheon in Wamoon last Saturday.
She was born in Whitton on November 29 and remembers the oldest town in the MIA as a thriving rail town with a large number of hotels.
Mrs Gladman was a big Whitton Tigers supporter and currently follows the Sydney Swans in the AFL.
Her brothers Lew, Ted and Les Thompson, along with cousins Jack, Norm, Doug and Keith Thompson were all household names in regional Australian rules football in the post-war years.
She said her recipe for a long life was to "work hard, don't smoke and no alcohol".
Mrs Gladman continues to enjoy life in Leeton shire with her family.
She has three children, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In reaching the significant milestone, Mrs Gladman received congratulatory messages from a number of politicians and dignitaries, including Prime Minister Tony Abbott, Premier Mike Baird, Governor-General Peter Cosgrove and Queen Elizabeth II.
